ENL Property launches its office space management brand, Oficea

The launching event of Oficea held in the evening of Wednesday 29 January 2020 at La Piazza, Vivéa Business Park, was attended by some 350 guests. This new ENL Group brand specialises in the management of a portfolio of strategically located “Grade A” office space in the heart of Moka Smart City.

A company with a great deal of expertise

Oficea leverages the long-standing experience of ENL Property, which has developed over the past 10 years a range of high-end office spaces in various key locations of Moka Smart City, including Vivéa, Bagatelle and Telfair. “Our ambition is to respond to the growing market demand with infrastructure that meets international standards,” says ENL Property’s Chief Executive Officer, Johan Pilot.

ENL Property is thus contributing to create economic opportunities in the Moka region while adding value to the land on which it operates. The Group has established Oficea as a strong and modern brand to promote its office space offering.

A top-of-the-range portfolio

Oficea currently has over 30,000m² of office space and this figure is expected to double over the next three years. The Group wants to build on the success of Vivéa Business Park, which has a 100% occupancy rate and more than 1,500 employees. “Oficea’s business locations include offices, but above all living spaces which support the comfort and wellness of those working there,” says Johan Pilot.

Two major developments will be launched in 2020. In the coming weeks, Oficea will lay the foundation stone for new office space at Vivéa Business Park, near Kendra Shopping Centre – with more than 17,000 m² of business space. In addition, La Promenade in Telfair will have six three- to four-storey buildings totalling a surface area of 25,000m², with construction starting by July 2020.

Oficea contributes to fulfilling Moka Smart City’s goal to develop lively, dynamic, connected and accessible neighbourhoods for everyone including persons with reduced mobility with a mix of offices, restaurants, shops and residential buildings.
