Les Fascines, its latest building whose construction is due to start in August 2020, is no exception!

Les Fascines, the office building of the future

This brand-new project will embody Oficea’s vision of the offices of the future and meet the changing needs of workers. These expectations have been swayed by the lockdown experience of recent months, with a drastic change in our work habits.

The modern architecture of this new LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified office building complies with strict technical specifications. It will also feature generous glazed surfaces to bring the natural light in. “Environmental and energy issues are a priority for us at Oficea. That is why we create environmentally friendly, modern and efficient developments,” says ENL Property’s Senior Development Manager, Didier Audibert.

The modular office spaces available from 78m² will offer complete flexibility. Comfortable workstations, a café with dine-in or takeaway options on the ground floor as well as showers will be available to enable everyone to organise their workday as they wish. Like any office building at Vivéa, Les Fascines will also have ample parking at a rate of 3.5 spaces per 100m² of floor area.

Les Fascines will enjoy quick and easy access to Kendra shopping centre in Saint Pierre, and all the advantages of a strategic location in the heart of the island: Moka Smart City and its various shopping venues as well as Synergy Sport & Wellness Institute; the market, shops, filling stations and banks in St Pierre are also a few minutes away by car or on foot.

Les Fascines’ developer, Oficea currently manages over 30,000m² of office space in Moka Smart City. Construction is due to start in mid-August 2020 and Les Fascines offices will be delivered in November 2021.
