The ENL group has set in motion the urbanisation of this region over the past decade. Moka now offers convenient amenities to all inhabitants and businesses in the region like: shops, schools, universities, hospitals or even sports centres.

The Board of Investment has issued the certificate on this past November 13th in view of the upcoming phase for the urban development of Moka, which covers an area of 500 acres approximately, extending from St Pierre to Bagatelle. The Moka region is transitioning into a more sustainable and liveable city through the progressive rolling out of a concept of ‘citysmarting’. Stemming from a well-thought-out master plan, this flexible improvement process is continually adapted in line with the pace of urban development.

The ENL group will ensure that this integrated development is aligned with its four founding pillars, which are: making optimal use of resources, offering an improved quality of life, fostering citizen engagement and creating real economic opportunities.
