PwC Mauritius, the first prestigious occupant to settle its headquarters in Moka’s CBD, Telfair Square
Telfair Square, the CBD of the Moka Smart City is already taking shape with construction work under way at the future headquarters of PWC. The accounting firm is the first of a number of multinational companies to move into the neighbourhood, with a six-level building due to be completed in 2018.
The future PwC headquarters has a total area of 5,000m² with underground parking and commercial premises on the ground floor. The office space will cover a total area of 4,300m².
It is not by happenstance that PwC has chosen to call Moka home. According to the Managing Director of Telfair Development Ltd, Didier Audibert, the new city has all the qualities necessary to meet the requirements of leading international and local enterprises. Their relocation in Moka will also contribute to enhancing the city’s image. “Others will follow,” he promises.
