The Moka’mwad citizens’ collective continues its mission to bring all the people of Moka together through free sports activities by proposing a new activity schedule. It’s the perfect opportunity to keep up with your favourite activities or try something new. Join in after a long workday or on weekends to fully enjoy the beautiful weather… And never alone: energy is always more contagious when you’re surrounded by others! Whether you want to get fit, dance, or set the tone for a serene Sunday, Moka’mwad has thought of everything:

Lace up your colourful shoes for Zumba with Benjamin Lekh, from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
Tuesday
Roll out your mat for a Yoga Strength session with Miss Ely Fitness Coach, from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
Wednesday
Grab your small towels and water bottles for a Cardio session with Miss Ely Fitness Coach, from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
Thursday
Transform the week’s tensions into pure energy during Body Combat with Ika de Lacroix, from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
Friday
End the week in style and rhythm with Zumba with Benjamin Lekh, from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
Saturday
It’s Saturday morning fever… or rather Dance Workout with Benjamin Lekh, from 7:45 am to 8:45 am.
Sunday
The first and last Sunday of each month: Embrace calm and serenity with Om Chanting led by Banesha Beekharry, from 7:45 am to 8:45 am.
