The 6th edition of the Moka Plant Festival from 24th November to 1st December 2018 has been a success in every way! A large number of people visited the Moka Nursery to share their passion with the organising teams and discover no less than 500 plant species. They found even more reasons to grow plants and set up green spaces!
A paradise for plant lovers
The ENL Agri teams had everything covered. In addition to a very broad choice with 100 more species than the previous year, the characteristics of each plant were displayed to enlighten nature lovers, who also enjoyed special offers. Furthermore, a team of specialists was on hand to answer all their questions and guide them in their choices while passing on their passion.
Green education
Discussion forums were also organised with the educational purpose to encourage interaction and the discovery of practical plant knowledge. The Moka Plant Festival thus fits perfectly into the DNA of the Moka Smart City, which is committed to proposing concerted actions to make the city a more vibrant and citizen-centric place.
Of course, there was something for the little ones too, who took part in a series of playful activities such as face painting, collage and recycling workshops. They were all able to hang their wishes on a wish tree. Hopefully, some of them wished we had an even greener planet…
