Sapmer and Agileum have clearly understood that Vivéa Business Park was the perfect location to set up office! These two companies have just moved to this landmark business district in Moka.

Vivéa has been developed by ENL Property (an ENL group subsidiary) and is attracting a growing number of companies – and their employees! The business park has it all with a modern and well-thought-out work environment, strategic location in a thriving area in the heart of Moka Smart City, greenery and a preserved historical setting. Close proximity to a variety of services and leisure facilities, as well as to the island’s main roads is another advantage for all types and sizes of companies looking for a pleasant place to set up and grow their business.

It is precisely for these reasons that Agileum’s CEO recently opted for a move to Vivéa Business Park. The company offers consulting, systems integration and IT outsourcing services, providing businesses with guidance and support in their digital transformation in order to optimise their performance through new technologies and state-of-the-art IT systems. “Moving to Vivéa has many advantages for the whole team: we are ideally located in a central and carefully planned area, and we also enjoy a pleasant setting as well as access to a broad range of nearby services,” says Sylvain Deslandes.

Sapmer is a major fishing company in the Indian Ocean and chose Vivéa for its strategic location. “Moka is a vibrant, expanding business area set in a very green surrounding. It is centrally located and close to Port Louis, which is also important to us as our activities require quick and easy access to the port,” says the company’s HR Manager for Mauritius. Sapmer actually has three Mauritian flag ocean-going tuna vessels and an added-value processing unit for tuna and bonito in Mauritius. Its  products meet sustainable and responsible fisheries criteria; they are exported to many countries worldwide and are also available on the local market.

Vivéa currently has 13 contemporary buildings, with more than 60 companies and 1,500 employees working there on a daily basis. Other developments under way include seven new buildings under construction on land owned by non-ENL companies. At Les Fascines (an Oficea development), two new buildings are also being developed with 3,299m² and 5,270m² of office rental space respectively.

Vivéa offers an innovative, welcoming, central and pleasant setting – a great place for entrepreneurs!
