Covid-19 Review
Training at home with Moka Rangers Sports Club and Synergy Sport & Wellness Institute
Nothing (not even a pandemic) stopped Moka Rangers Sports Club and Synergy Sport & Wellness Institute members from practising their sport during the COVID-19 crisis. The former launched online training sessions and platforms for interaction via WhatsApp groups for club members engaged in fencing, karate, football, cycling and various other disciplines. In addition, video tutorials were developed by the persons in charge of the various disciplines and shared with fans on a regular basis on the Moka Rangers Facebook page!
Synergy Sport & Wellness Institute also lent its support. The Sports trainer and Wellness manager, Yannick Lincoln and his sports therapists shared some health tips with us on the Facebook page. The fitness coaches gave their best advice on how to work out, including cardio and muscle training, from the comfort of our home and stay fit during lockdown.

The Moka blog, a reliable source
of information
Throughout the sanitary
curfew, the Moka blog was
constantly on the lookout
for essential and practical
information to share with the
people of the region, including the health protocols
in force, Work Access Permits, the Wage Assistance Scheme, delivery services and the emergency hotline. Additionally, this effort contributed to prevent the spread of fake news.
