Extension of La Promenade towards Vivéa

2022, including the construction of
a pedestrian walkway between Vivéa and Helvétia, a motorised road on both sides – temporarily using gravel - and a junction that will be connected to the B48 Côte d’Or road. The section of La Promenade between Telfair and Helvétia has already been completed in 2021 for walkers, cyclists
and motorists! P

X 2023 will be a landmark year for this residential area located along La Promenade. After the delivery of blocks A2 and A3 in late 2022, the 33 units in block J (studios and apartments) will be handed over by mid-2023.
Phase 3 of the project includes eight 190m2-268m2 duplexes. They are already sold out and will be delivered by late 2023. In addition, nine other duplexes in Phase 4, ideally located
in the heart of the neighbourhood, were recently introduced on the market.
Another flagship project is the introduction to the market of
