X A new shopping experience is now available in Helvétia. Symfolia – a contraction of the words symphony and folia (leaves)
– welcomes customers on a self-service basis at its new premises close to Les Allées in Helvétia. Roll your shopping cart along
the paths laid out and take the time to smell the plants and discover the fruit trees and floral arrangements. More than 600 species of plants (medicinal plants, bonsai, etc.)
are available. With about 30 parking spaces, the site also has a 3,000m2 area where children can have fun while learning. P

Vivéa: 9 buildings under construction
X Vivéa Business Park continues to deliver solid value in Moka Smart City. Nine buildings are currently under construction, including five for Hyvec, two for Blaxand, one for Bloomage and one for UHY. The business park has doubled its capacity with the recent opening of Les Fascines!
The business park is expanding towards
the south of La Promenade. Architects are currently designing this new mixed-use area, which will include a metro station and two new accessways to the business park. The first one will be La Promenade, which will link the park to the Côte d’Or road,
and the second will be directly connected to the Saint Pierre Bypass Road with
a roundabout. P
