Right in the heart of Moka, Les Kocottes is unlike anywhere else. Once former chicken coops, the buildings have been renovated and transformed into collaborative workspaces with a cultural and community focus. The aim? To offer affordable space to those driving positive change in the region through impactful initiatives.
Les Kocottes brings together associations, artists, project leaders and active citizens in one place. It’s a hub for exchange, synergy and connection.
Located in Concordia, close to Kendra Shopping Centre and Vivéa Business Park, Les Kocottes sits in a lively and convenient area. Shops, restaurants, health centres and local services are all just around the corner.

Les Kocottes is home to a diverse group of organisations that help build a more inclusive, creative and sustainable Moka. Seven associations and one business incubator currently work from the space, each playing a role in strengthening the social fabric:

The headquarters of the Moka’mwad citizen collective : a multipurpose space for residents to gather and connect. The collective also makes this space available for anyone looking to launch educational or community-focused initiatives.

A space dedicated to artistic creation and practice. This is where resident artists from the Rezidan programme develop their work. Their creations are later showcased in Moka’s public spaces.
The central courtyard
