Moka on a roadshow to Europe
X The Moka Smart City team was part of the Economic Development Board’s roadshow that visited France and Belgium in May

Les Berges de
Courchamps is a hit with
Mauritian buyers!
The 31 plots available in Phase 2 of Les Berges de Courchamps, a morcellement aimed at Mauritian buyers and the diaspora, were sold out within just over a month! This success confirms that the smart city appeals to buyers with this offer that stands out for its generous green spaces and breathtaking views of the Moka mountain range.
Work on Phase 2 of the project is expected to be completed by late 2022. Delivery is scheduled for late January 2023. The 29 plots in the first phase were delivered in August 2022 and are now connected to the electrical, water and sewage networks, among others.
Jam apre travay !
X For a jam session, head to Vivéa Business Park, where Zakadi opened a café-restaurant in April 2022. Every second Thursday of the month, people meet there for a happy hour with live musical entertainment. This initiative was set up in conjunction with Oficea and Moka, city of culture, among others, with
the aim to bring together people who live and work in the city for relaxing moments.
During the day, enjoy the signature cuisine that has made Zakadi so successful: fusion flavours from around the world using local and seasonal products. P
